tomato explosion

In the last week we've got more tomatoes than we know what to do with. Mostly Roma tomatoes with a few Jet Stars. I guess we will be making a big batch of pasta sauce, along with some fresh basil, and freezing it for the winter-time blues. Maybe my sister Angie can give me a good recipe from Italy?? (hint hint). We're also getting some nice sized sweet Italian peppers from some plants our friend Jenny gave us. So....anybody need some tomatoes??
