Fog has lifted

Mike and I had our first full night of rest in a long while last night. Ava's been up twice a night for the past two weeks. We're not sure if she's:
a.) teething
b.) going through a growth spurt
c.) about to have a major developmental milestone (like walking or talking that often causes sleeplessness)
d.) suffering from a cold
e.) experiencing all of the above

Whatever the reason, it didn't seem to bother her last night.
