Simple joys

Life as a toddler can often be really frustrating. Your dumb parents don't always understand what you're trying to tell them and if they do, they often do the opposite of what you want. There are, however, some benefits to being so thoroughly pleased by some of the most simple pleasures in life. Goldfish crackers, dried worms on the sidewalk, a manhole to stomp on, stepping up and down over and over on the curb saying "up!...don!". Here's a couple shots of Ava enjoying February.

It's 65 degrees in February! Let's take the meer cat for a walk. Outta my way, mom! THIS....THING....IS.....REALLY.....BOUNCY.
Ava gets a big kick out of "dubbles". We never have caught on camera the huge grin she first makes when she sees them but take my word for it, she digs dubbles.

Pasta sauce tastes so good. Especially when I rub it on my face first. (Even after a bath Ava had pasta sauce in her eyelashes.)I'm busy painting. What do you want?
